RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Snip-its wants to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. In general, we will refund any customer within 30 days if they are not satisfied with purchases made only on our online shopping website products.snipits.com. Those requesting a refund are required to provide an original sales receipt or proof of purchase. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

We don’t require the customer to return the physical item(s) in all cases, but we reserve that right in instances where the item is thought to be damaged or defective in a way that we’d want to investigate, or for other reasons we determine to be valid in our sole opinion. For damaged or defective items, a replacement may be offered to you in lieu of a refund.

We do not provide refunds for products or services purchased in a physical Snip-its salon owned by a Snip-its Franchisee owner. These returns and refunds are the sole responsibility of the individual franchise owners in our system and need to be returned to that physical location.

We also do not provide refunds to our individual franchise owners that purchase products through our website for resale in their salons unless the items have been damaged in transit or are deemed to be defective.

Gift cards are non-refundable.
